A water sports enthusiast, he began teaching sailing post Katrina in Bay St Louis and became a US sailing instructor in 2007. Honing a passion for the sport, He began private lessons and taking part in distance races across the Gulf of Mexi
Carson has been immersed in the black, tannin stained waters of gulf coast Mississippi since 2002. A water sports enthusiast, he began teaching sailing post Katrina in Bay St Louis and became a US sailing instructor in 2007. Honing a passion for the sport, He began private lessons and taking part in distance races across the Gulf of Mexico. After taking friends on many adventures, and misadventures, the excitement of sharing sailing grew to a fever. He began pursuing his captain's license with a dream to turn his passion into a career. With a solo trip to the British Virgin Islands to acquire Infinity, Blackwater Voyages was born. Carson now manages the day to day business operations and maintains Infinity. In his third year of sailing, he has amassed considerable knowledge and aims to obtain his captain's license by the end of 2024. An avid fitness enthusiast, he trains for various physical endeavors, including representing the USAFL national team, participating in endurance races, and cultivating his fitness community.
